It's still 'BBEdit Lite'. My old 6.5 version of BBEdit does the FTP bit. It does a powerful regex grep across a site. Not sure about multi-byte files. It can perform Find Differences on an entire site and can be invoked from the Unix command line. There's more, but I haven't explored the options or can't think of them now.
